Michel Gratton joins Element Financial

The Chief Executive Officer of Element Financial Corporation, Steven Hudson, is pleased to announce the hiring of Michel Gratton. Mr. Gratton joined Element Financial as Senior Vice-President on September 19, 2011. Reporting directly to Bruce Smith, the President and Chief operating officer, he will be responsible for Element’s operations in Quebec, as well as managing the Shared Service Centre for all North American operations.
Michel Gratton brings over 40 years of experience in equipment finance, commercial loans and financial management. He has held various high level positions in management, finance and administration. Recently, he was President of Gestion Centra Capital, a management company that provides funding solutions adapted to the residential construction industry.
“With Michel’s knowledge and expertise in equipment and corporate financing, and his extensive experience in the Quebec and Ontario business markets, Element Financial is looking forward to expanding its leadership in equipment financing across North America,” said Steven Hudson.
